When Life Gives You Lemons...

Take pictures of them!
Ok, that's a grapefruit, but you get the picture.

Day 7: Fruit

I eat a lot of fruit. I love fruit, always have. Maybe it's the sugar thing? Lately for breakfast I've been having two pieces of toast with peanut butter, half a grapefruit and a small glass of orange juice. Nomnomnom. Since today's challenge was to take a photo of fruit, I decided to document a bit of my breakfast. So there it is, grapefruit.

I slept badly last night... stress and all. Dreams about breech babies, that whole deal. I woke up and spent most of the morning with anxiety. I need to quit it, though, because the baby is going to feel the stress too, and that won't help anything!

Brandon and I are attacking from all fronts. We are doing everything under the sun to try and turn this baby around. We want to know that when I go into labor, we've done everything we could, especially if I end up with a c-section. We want to know that we did our best and what is, is. We're not done fighting yet!

So yesterday we did the acupuncture and they gave us some moxa sticks for home (look up moxibustion), so we're doing that for 5 days straight. I saw the chiropractor today and he loosened everything up, and I'll see him on Saturday, and the Monday, if I need to. Wow, that's a lot of money! But it's all worth it.

What we're doing at home: Breech tilt with ice packs, heating packs, music, flashlights, and Brandon gently encouraging Baby Girl to turn around for us. Sitting on a ball to keep pelvis open and loose. Going to the pool and doing handstands. Everything.

I feel better doing stuff! The stress is melting away a little bit. Keep hoping baby turns!!

I also received some good news today, not baby related, that brightened the day a bit. Details on that to come later. :)
