Size of baby: It's about 5 inches, the size of a large onion, approx. 5 oz.
Weight Gain/Loss: I've gained a pound!
Body Changes: My belly is getting bigger and I'm getting some growing pains all over my torso. A couple of my pants/shorts are struggling to stay up. I might need to transition to the belly band soon.
Gender: 3 more weeks until our anatomy ultrasound!
Movement: Maybe. Apparently at this point if I think I'm feeling something, it probably is. It's still early on.
Sleep: I'm sleeping great and taking naps during the day. I still miss sleeping on my back and it's becoming more uncomfortable.
What I miss: Nothing this week.
Cravings: I want some more fruit! I need to stock up the house.
Symptoms: Emotional, mild cramping, getting overheated more easily.
Best Moment this week: Learning more about cloth diapers and feeling more confident.
Brandon and I have been spending the last couple of days hammering out our Australia plan. We are leaving in three weeks and haven't even booked a place in Sydney. We ran into some issues trying to find a timeshare available in the city (we're using a week of our timeshare in another place) and we decided that, you know what, we really want to stay in Sydney, so we'll just book a hotel. Now I'm spending a good amount of time looking at hotel reviews and trying to find the best price possible for our first week there. It's making me so excited though!!
EDIT: We booked one! It's a cute little hotel and we're super excited for it!!
Have you been to Sydney and the area up the coast towards Brisbane? Any suggestions, tips, comments? We want to make the most out of our trip!
I'm finally getting into the swing of things now that Brandon's been home for 2.5 weeks. We're settling into a schedule, though I need to switch things up a bit by adding some writing and working out in there. It feels so natural to have him home!
