Day Three Hundred Five

It started with an email mid-afternoon, saying that our threat level was raised to Bravo. "What?" Christina and I said, wondering what sort of threat would raise the level. Shrugging, I went to help bathe the babies and relax. Then we came back to the TV and saw the news story.

He's dead. Osama bin Laden is confirmed killed. We finally got him. He's gone.

Of course, one man won't do much. This might cause some major retaliation and the raised threat level totally makes sense now. But this news will give so many so much hope. He was the reason that we're over there. He was the reason Brandon is in Iraq. All because of 9/11, the day that started it all.

I don't really have much else to say. At least we have this hope, now that he's gone. We still have a big fight ahead of us. Keep Brandon in your thoughts, he's so close to coming home! Until they all come home!
