Day Ninety-Five

Wow, this was a fairly uneventful weekend. Today was no different. I went for my Sunday bike ride but turned around before reaching my goal because I was racked by coughs - this cold won't go away! Then at home, I watched some TV, chatted with my lovely husband, read, played Sims, cleaned a bit (but not really). Oh, then after lunch I decided to get out of the house.

So first was Borders to do some research for books I want. Bookstores are a dangerous place for me because I want to get my hands on everything. There's so much to read! I need to kick up this reading thing so I can digest everything I want. Lucky for me, I left the store with nothing but a couple titles to look up on Amazon. Then it was to Pet's Discount to get a treat pouch and after, Wal-Mart for some things I needed. It was good to get out of the house.

Then when I was home, Christina knocked on my door! She's back! We chatted a bit and then transported her dog back to her house. We had to run to the commissary to get some food but then I made her a nice dinner. It was a good night. :)

  1. Sounds like a simple and lovely weekend to me! Bookstores are my absolute favorite. I will only allow myself to bring cash in, so I am forced to have a spending limit! Hope you have a nice week :)

  2. For an uneventful weekend..you had several events going on! You are almost to triple digits in this deployment and that is a fantastic feeling! I hope that you can plan a great way to celebrate day 100!
